Killarney United Church Annual General Meeting
will be held February 23rd at 7:00pm
The meeting will be held by ZOOM or in person depending on restrictions on that date.
We ask that church members and associates:
1 - confirm if you will be participating or attending by letting the church office know by email. The number of people attending will also have to be considered when deciding if ZOOM or in person meeting occurs.
2 - Read the annual report (emailed to members) and submit any questions or concerns you may have re: the committee reports or budget, to the church office by email prior to February 18th.
3 - All council members should attend, if possible.
2020 Tax Receipts
Please be advised your Official Tax receipt is now available at the Killarney United Church. The receipt and envelopes will be in your church mailbox or on the table in the lobby.
The ones on the table are in alphabetic order. Please pick up your own and any you can deliver. The church lobby will be open for pick Monday to Friday 9:30 to 12:00

Church will be cancelled until further notice as of November 10, 2020 due the Provincial Code Red status.
The Thrift shop will be closed. Rev. Emmanuel will be in the office and will be doing a weekly message as well as being available by phone. (204-523-8924).
Fall Canvass letters will be mailed out. Messages and emails will be checked regularly If you have questions or concerns you are welcome to call Rev. Emmanuel at the church office (204-523-8924) or on his cell (1-306-930-4093) or Merle at (204-523-2312) for general questions or just need to talk and hear a voice.
Restrictions upon reopening of the sanctuary:
1. Masks to be worn on entering and leaving. During the service, wearing the mask will be optional.
2. Social distancing will be maintained in all areas.
3. No congregating/socializing in the foyer before or after service.
4. Leaving the sanctuary will be in sections as announced from the pulpit.
5. A record of names and phone numbers, of those attending will be kept.
6. Upon entering the sanctuary please use hand sanitizer.

If you are unable to attend regular services on Sunday you can set up a PAR (pre authorization remittance) to support the church if you are absent from services.

We are asking any member that is able to consider signing up for Pre-Authorized Remittance or PAR donation to help future cash flow for the church. Members can make a monthly donation from their bank account directly to the church’s bank account. Any and all amounts would be greatly appreciated.
Weekly Envelope Offerings can also be mailed or dropped off at the church office.

Would you like to fill some time in your week and help out your local church? Killarney United Church is looking for an office volunteer 2 ½ hours/week, Thursdays or Fridays through the winter months. Contact the office if you are interested!
